Yes. You can enable a premium module whenever you need it and turn one off when you don't — it's all managed from your subscription, and changes take effect without you having to reinstall or migrate anything. When you add a module mid-cycle, it simply joins your existing plan.

Premium modules are added to your existing Vertex subscription and billed on the same cycle you're already on — monthly or yearly — as a single invoice. There's no separate vendor and no second checkout. Each module shows its price per month, and yearly billing carries the same per-module rate across the year.

No. Modules are part of your Vertex account, not separate apps — switching one on unlocks its screens and features straight away, with nothing to download, host or configure on your own servers. You may still want to set up the data inside a module (for example, importing records), but there's no install step.

Every module comes with its own set of permissions. Once a module is enabled, you grant those permissions to the roles or staff who should have access, so you stay in control of who can see and use each capability. Someone without the permission simply won't see that part of the app.
